Pumpkin Patch

Today we went to the pumpkin patch with my dear friend Alina and Kairs. This is actually our second trip (we went with daddy already) but the kids enjoyed it so much and we wanted pics of all the kids together. I actually don't like Halloween but I love fall and pumpkin carving and all the fun things to do, especially with kids. We have been having so much fun lately, being a mom is the best thing in the world! I feel so blessed and lucky to be able to stay home with the kiddos. Here are some pics or our wonderful time at the pumpkin patch. Tonight we are going to carve the pumpkins and cook some pumpkin seeds and apple pie (Jake's favorite part)!

Halloween costumes

Wow two days this week I am awake before the kids! This never happens, I must be going crazy usually I am not out of bed until at least 9:00. We just got the kids halloween costumes yesterday and they are adorable. When we were trying them on we were all busting up laughing because they were so darn cute. Austin even loved his, he was yelling and kicking his feet all excited like. Hannah decided she wanted to be a horse and I wanted Austin to be a leopard (the costume was soooooo cute) but Daddy said "boys do not wear animal print, they wear monsters and super hero's and manly things" and the worker agreed with him so he's a little dinosaur monster thing, but still very cute. I don't think we are going trick-or-treating it is all a little too scary for even me and it seems it has become even worse as the years go on, or maybe I just notice it now, either way we are just going to carve pumpkins and probably do something with the youth group kids at church. I am trying to find some fun craft for a Hannah to do while we are carving since she is still too little, any ideas? I was thinking painting the pumpkins, but I don't know. Well since the kids are still asleep I am going to go get some stuff done. Have a wonderful day.

Good Morning

I figured it was time to start a blog since some of my friends live far away and more are moving, plus it's just fun. We are all doing great, just hanging out and having fun together. Right now the kids are sleeping (which is rare) and I'm awake before them (which is really rare), so I feel great today! Yahooo! Hopefully I have this much energy all day.
